our theme for tis week is "SPORTS"
start from monday
v book the table tennis court
to finish our assignment
2 hours of practice is ok for me
but i still haven fully control on the forehand service
there will b a test on wednesday
so i ask one of them to teach me lo....
stop on 6pm
coz mum waitin at lrt station dy.....

tuesday pula,
after 2 hours lecture
12 of us go for badminton...
sum very geng
kept "yam-ing" me
doing all kind of "假动作"
luckily i manage to cope up with them XD
however sum play really soft
nid to play soft with them too lor
if not they will kept pick up the ball n waste time haizzzzzzz.......
after 2 hours badminton
v go for table tennis again...
a bit better then monday
hope wed will b better

wednesday,
felt so tired to wake up
plus hand n leg muscle very pain
even my 脚板n 脚尖 too
haiz but still nid to go to college got table tennis test
the coach wan us to run 3 rounds
i run like a turtle n finally i onli run 2 rounds lolx
then do sum warm up exercise lor
after tat go for test on service n forehand
the forehand part really difficult
the ball go so low n not easy to catch it
it always kena my finger n fly to the wall haha...
nvm i think i can still pass de....

thursday,
go swimming lo..
ntg much juz play water in the pool
coz i dunnoe how to swim oso haha

friday,
badminton again
now nid to rest dy
if not i think i nid to paste many "salonpas" on my body...lolxx

    i mean at least ur college have this kind of activities ler.
    mine... got also la.
    but i never participate.
    coz the activities will only begin at 6 or 7pm.
